Sotai Tower (双胎楼 Sotai-ro) also spelled as Sotairo, is one of the mission locations in the series. It was introduced in Way of the Ninja as the stronghold of the Amurita Faith and residence of Sadame. In Revenge of Zen, with the dissapearance of Sadame, it's now the residence of High Priestess Kihan. Based on the picture of the whole map of Utakata, it appears as though Sotai Tower is on the Western most edge of the province, with Rokudo Valley to the north along the river ravine and Mokuami Fortress to the East across the river.

Very little. No relevant cutscenes happen in this location, outside of the final battle against Nagi in the second game, which can happen in any other of the three castles anyways.
The most story relevant event that happens here is if the player opposes the Amurita Faith and assassinates Sadame or Kihan. Also, the second Soul Fragment may be found here.
